[Protein-crystallography] I want to crystallize one protein with signal peptide on N-terminal, Is it possible?

Hi everybody
 
I wanna crystallize a 16 kDa protein with signal peptide on the N-terminl, is it correct? Protein activity is good with signal peptide but I don't know if this signal peptide effect on 3D structure? Would you please guide me?
