[Protein-analysis] lowry estimation

hi, all
i m doing lowry estimation of protein and o.d. is coming sometimes
above 1. may i dilute it bt i can't understand when i dilute it o.d.
comes to be very low and in determinig protein content there is no
volume term so how can i specify the amount
