Can anyone suggest an appropriate methodology for extracting DNA from a
large number (1,000ish) of stored buffy coats?
Maybe somebody has a 96 well plate DNA extraction protocol they might care
to share; the commercial ones are sooo expensive!
Downstream application is a simple PCR allelic discrimination assay.
