Searching for small RNAs

Hey everyone,

I was working to clone small RNAs from HPV for my masters and have cloned
these small RNAs and sequenced the results. To finish this work I needed to
scan the sequences for the presence of human miRNAs, unique miRNAs, mRNAs,
viral genomic loci etc. I am stuck on how to search for the rRNAs and tRNAs
and my supervisors don't know the answers. I was wondering if someone could
guide me to which website/database to use to search a sequence for the
presence of rRNA and tRNA?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance,
Regards,
Hilary
