We have isolated DNA from leaves of native species by the CTAB method but we are facing problems: the solution at early and late steps are very viscosity and green colors. Measuring DNA concentration on NanoDrop is nothing.
Does anyone has experiences on this issue?. I would like to appreciated to get right comments.
