Scott, in my case at one time I wanted to get the results quickly no matter
what the protocol was, and I tried Ambion's
FirstChoice® RLM-RACE Kit
RNA Ligase Mediated RACE
since they claimed you will be done in one or two days with this kit. It is
an incredible hassle-free kit, you may consider it if your goal is not only
to design the protocol. good luck. you may want to read literature at
Ambion's site (part of Applied Biosystems now). In past they had lots of
material.
