I've been trying to get a nucleotide exchange assay working for about
4 years on and off and I recently discovered that Amersham has
discontinued their GTP-[gammaS35]. Does anyone have a recommended
source for the this reagent? I was buying in quantities of 100 uCi
but I can adapt.
