Hi, could anyone recommend a protocol for a soft agar transfromation
assays for mouse embryonic fibroblasts and human diploid fibroblasts?
Some technical questions:
1. which agarose do you use (DNA grade?)
2. how do you get the agarase sterile?
3. which medium do you use: 2x DMEM?
