Hello All
I have to isolate cytoplasmic membrane receptor from 293 cell line (Human Kidney) to immunize rabbit for polyclonal antibody production. I am looking for a protocol (lysis buffer and other steps) which contains reagents which save native form of membrane proteins. Could somebody help me?
