you could use the "pI Tool" from Expasy as long as you know your
sequence. http://www.expasy.org/ Of course, when your protein is
modified the results need corrections. A better way might be a 2D Gel
(or at least 1D-isoelectric focusing) where you may determine the
*real* state of your buddy.
