Dear all,
the SV40 trailer of pGL3 basic consists only of the late poly(A) signal in
contrast to the one of pUAST which additionally has the intron of the small
T antigen. I would like to use the shorter version of the SV40 trailer for
my contsructs. Do you have experience using this trailer in Drosophila?
