Dear fly community,
Does any one know any pair of GFP primers that work nicely for fly
genotyping by PCR (single fly genomic quick prep)? I have already tried
several combinations that amplify nicely from plasmids but not from genomic
DNA. :-(
If anyone could give me those magic sequences I would be very grateful.
