For two enzyme reactions though (Creatine kinase), I only fin\ d enzyme kinetic parameter values determined by experiments on mice. The parameters are mainly binary and ternary dissociation constants, as well as maximum reaction velocities. What is the best way to deal with this? Does someone has an idea how I can include those parameters "safely" into my model? Thanks in advance, hans From hlegrice from yahoo.com Sat Apr 25 20:55:55 2009 From: hlegrice from yahoo.com (Heather Le Grice) Date: Sun Apr 26 11:49:32 2009 Subject: [Biothermokinetics] Why is solubility phe>tyr ? Message-ID: <970082.47091.qm@web58205.mail.re3.yahoo.com> I am also looking for answers for this type of question for a second year university lab report. I found your question online and was wondering what kind of answers you received if any. Thanks ?
