Hi my name is Nancy and i am studying bioinformatics. I am quite
confused about a topic and was hoping that you could help me.
 I was wondering if you could explain to me the principals  behind
Dayhoffs Pam250 and  Henikoff's Blosum62. How are the created and what
is the point of them please.Also how are they used.
