Put up 1.07 distribution and THINK C 6.0 projects to go with it.

Replaced TC6.0.proj.sit.hqx with new one containing THINK C project
for rtf2html.
Replaced RTF-1.07.shar with RTF-1.07a2.tar.Z to correct some minor problems
and change distribution format from shell archive to tar file.

Added versions of RTF-Misc (.ms,.rtf,.hqx), a document containing various
miscellaneous observations about RTF that aren't covered in the spec.
