				-> rather use the light version
				(used to be the complete distribution but
				there were problems when using make for the
				1st time because of file dates)

PiseBioperl.tar.gz		(old) bioperl modules to use a Pise server (not 				in bioperl-run)
				-> rather install bioperl-run or
				Bioperl.tar.gz
