This version of SeqPup is compiled for Linux (ELF) on Intel x86 cpu.
You will need the binary application (compressed as SeqPup.gz), the
child applications and data in seqpup-apps.tar.gz, and possibly updated
data in the seqpup-data.tar.gz archive.
