GeneMachine Custom Configuration File

This custom configuration file will enhance the graphical view.
Look for the Style pulldown box in the Graphical View of Sequin
and choose GeneMachine.

WARNING: If you already run Sequin and have created a custom configuration
         back up your existing configuration file!

* On unix copy nlmstman.cnf to ~/.nlmstmanrc

* On Windows you want to copy nlmstman.cnf to 

  C:\WINDOWS\nlmstman.ini

* On MAC (it's a little trickier but this should work)

   1> open an existing sequence in Sequin
   2> Misc->Style_manager
   3> select SYSTEM and hit the [Copy...] button
   4> Copy Style To: (put GeneMachine in the input box) hit [OK]
   5> Then hit [CLOSE]
   6> shutdown Sequin
   7> Then open System Folder: Preferences: nlmstman.cnf in Simple Text
      a> delete the entire contents of the existing nlmstman.cnf
      b> copy the contents of the config file from:
  ftp://ftp.nhgri.nih.gov/pub/software/genemachine/sequin_conf/nlmstman.conf
      c> paste into the existing nlmstman.cnf 
   8> wrap the side of your monitor with your knuckles twice
   9> open a sequence in Sequin 
      a> change "Display Format" pulldown menu to "Graphic"
      b> change "Style" pulldown menu to "GeneMachine"
