These directories contain the 2002.0 release and the 2003.0 beta-test
release. In both cases a licence file is no longer needed. If you
downloaded an earlier copy of the 2002.0 which needed a licence file,
please download the licence.txt file here and place it in the tables
subdirectory. This licence file is not needed for new downloads of the
2002.0 or 2003.0b1 release.
