Readme for iubio-javalib.tar.gz

This contains the java source, plus codewarrior (metrowerks.com)
projects for building BioGridRunner, a work in progress, along
with related and older bioinformatics java software from the
author.  This is an update, to java 1.2/1.3 of dclapjava-src.zip
and includes source (again in progress) for Readseq, SeqPup,
Drawseq, and related programs found at

Bioinformatics Data Grid application

This is a distributed computing application for bioinformatics,
incorporation directory services (data and software), 
grid computing methods (security, authentication,
data transport and remote jobs), 
and gene sequence and genomic data processing methods.
