In case of bugs, you should retrieve the Anthepro.exe file again once week
later.(It may have been solved).

WARNING!!!

	 All the .exe files must be FTP'ed in binary format.

Installation
------------
       - The installation procedure is as follows:
	1)  Copy EXE (Anthepro.exe and prosite.exe) onto your
	    hard disk
	2)  Execute all *.exe (self extracting archives)
	3)  Remove (Anthepro.exe and prosite.exe
	    after exploding the files to recover disk space
	4)  Launch anthewin.exe from either DOS or Windows

	ANTHEPROT requirements:
		  - About 6Mo of disk space  + 30Mo for swiss.pro in Fasta
		    format. 16Mo RAM welcome. Windows 3.1 or 95 (16bit mode)
     Associated databases:
		  - PROSITE 13 November 1995 (comprised in prosite.exe)
		  - Rost & Sander database (1983) for secondary structure
		    prediction (comprised in Anthepro.exe).
		  - swiss.pro (Release 34) (ftp.ibcp.fr in fasta
		    format).
