Here is a Codon Usage Table I whipped together for green algae. As you can see there are not very many coding regions known for green algae. I used all green algae coding regions in GenBank version 67.0. Use this codon usage table with the understanding it was produced from a very limited data set, only 1373 codons. Also its produced from the combination of genes from three species, Chlorella (1), Chlamydomonas (5), Euglena (1).
