Colglazier" Included are stuffed (.sea) and binhexed folder including templates for the NIH grant submission form PHS2590, in Mac Word 5.1 and Excel 4 format (File name is NIH_Continuations.hqx; 56k total). Dennis Templeton kindly distributed the PHS398 New/Competitive application, but stated that he didn't have the non-comp or the NRSA forms yet. His forms are archived under /info-mac/data/nih-grant-templates-95-05.hqx; 32K. This is the non-comp continuation application form and related documents. I'm not sure where these forms can from, but use them if they're helpful. I'm just making them available to try to save other people time. Joshua B.
