I am posting in a  following message ("Here are NIH grant templates..." a file
containing a Stuffed and Binhex4'd File with these templates.

These are templates for completing the NIH grant form PHS 398, as revised 
9/91, for use after 4/92. You should obtain a real PHS398 packet to read 
the detailed instructions, and to obtain a Face Page and Checklist.

I cannot take much credit for these files; I got them originally from
someone who got them from someone who got them from someone.... I think
originally from Washington state.  I have modified them to conform to the
9/91 modifications. Thanks to the unseen who have helped reduce this
paperwork nightmare.

If someone wants to append the updated Noncompetitive renewal form with
these, send them along to me and I will add it to this package.

P.S. I dont have similar files in a DOS format.  If you have them it might
