paml.README

Paml is now distributed at UCL only.  I will NOT try to update
versions posted elsewhere.  The package can be fetched through www 
at

	http://abacus.gene.ucl.ac.uk/ziheng/paml.html

or by anonymous ftp at 

	ftp://abacus.gene.ucl.ac.uk/pub/paml

The current version at the time of writing is 1.3C.
